AVALANCHE: Implement, rename, move zonk() and connected functions.

Implementations: zonk(), zl().
Renames: zonk() -> thunder(), zl() -> drawLightning().
Moved: the 2 above from Pingo to Animation.
Addition: GraphicManager::drawLine().
