86a60b633d Fixed long-standing font bug. We were using the control panel font for LINC
space and terminals, and the LINC font for the control panel. Since these fonts
contain different sets of characters, this would often cause the wrong
character to be displayed, particularly in non-English languages. This also
explains why we had to use the "wrong" font for the control panel recently.

The functions to patch the LINC character set (actually the control character
set) should no longer be needed, and have been removed.

Should fix bug #1669564.

bb1547ab1c Phase 5 of Simon engine renaming. Renamed namespace Simon -> AGOS and
SimonEngine -> AGOSEngine.

Source is compilable and runnable again. I'm done.

64aa291a16 Applied my own patch #1549054, after discussing it with LordHoto. This makes
the intro scrolling use constant time, rather than assuming that the screen can
be rendered once every "tick". On my^H^Hslow computers, this makes it a bit
less smooth, but that should be ok.

It also fixes a tiny glitch right after the scrolling.

6eecad5722 Call handleScreenChanged() when opening the console. Otherwise, we may get
garbage and/or crashes if the scaler has changed since the console was created.

dcb59be8b7 When I added the message about fixing rare actor drawing glitches, I was
thinking mainly of Day of the Tentacle, even if we have fixed some other
glitches that did affect Fate of Atlantis as well. I've reverted to the
deliberately vague message.
