- Rename collectRenderQueue to preRender
- Only do forceRefresh() in Panel::setColor() and Text::setText() if the new values are different
- Move child object resorting from RenderObject::render() into RenderObject::preRender()

Videos are never saved or loaded, thus when this happens, it probably indicates a game bug
or a corrupted saved game

Now almost everything compiles fine. Several files were tricked
and there are references to tinyxml.h and of course fmod and agg.
OpenGL gfx renderer removed from the project, we need to create
our own from the scratch.
