bd1dbecde9 TTS: (ENGINES) - add support for tts enable function
The new option only works as intended if the engine that have TTS support apply their own settings. It cannot be globally implemented before and after runGame(), since the engines don't all use the same config manager variables (sometimes "tts_enabled_speech", "tts_enabled" or "tts_narrator, sometimes more than one of these).

e06f3c9a5a GUI: Allow game option checkboxes to be disabled
Depending on other game option checkboxes. This is used to
enable/disable the semi-smooth scrolling checkboxes for FM Towns Loom,
since it's only used when smooth scrolling is enabled.

fe104cc337 ENGINES: Use MetaEngine consistently for getting autosave slot
The autosave refactoring that was done in
7adad5aaf5 used g_engine for identifying the
autosave slot. This worked for in-game save/load, but doesn't fit when
called from the launcher.

Fix by passing MetaEngine to SaveStateDescriptor ctor and using it for this
query.

Amends 7adad5aaf5.

0ef3db09db SUPERNOVA: Add missing TTS for the protagonist text
For automatic conversations (without the user input) between
Host Hummel and another character, we were only getting TTS
for the other character.

532a983dcc SUPERNOVA: Fix TTS for multi-line text
The text is defined with the pipe as line separator, but we need
to replace it with a space to form a proper sentence before we
send the text to the TTS, otherwise we get unnatural pauses and
some incorrect text.

d6b512dd71 SUPERNOVA: Fix use-after-free bug when dying
Since the inventory contains pointers to objects from the rooms, we
need to clear the inventory before we destroy the rooms and not after!

4680538951 SUPERNOVA: Fix buffer overflow for two dialogs
This was partially caused by a bug in the original source code
that was missing a comma between two strings for those two dialogs.
The original did not have a buffer overflow, but was not correctly
displaying the strings.

This fixes bug #12856.

2f1f8f502e DEVTOOLS: move credits from devtools/credits.pl to engines
This employs a "lazy" approach: the "format" for the credits stays
exactly as it was, i.e., perl code. Of course one may want to change
this to another format (e.g. YAML, JSON, XML; or also shell script or
AWK, like `configure.engine` uses). But I deliberately kept it simple,
to get a minimal change that is easy to verify. Any further changes to
e.g. the format can be layered atop this.

f9292bc97a SUPERNOVA: Fix display of text on intro and outro screen
This was a regression from 54b0b4ac4 that prevents from adding
null characters to a Common::String. For those screens the game
passes multiple strings as a single strings containing a '\0'
to separate the different parts. But that '\0' was no longer
added. I am now using '\1' and updated the parsing in the text
display to handle this.

8189a05316 ENGINES: ALL: Adapt to changes for new plugins by defining a new detection module
For each engine:
- Make a new folder detection
- Move detection-related files inside the folder
- Add a new module "enginename/detection"
- Add DETECT_OBJS here
- Adjust the normal engine module to remove detect_objs
- Adjust every file for the new changes.

4b6976c558 GUI: U32: Reduce number of files changed and fixes
Up until last commit, everything was working fine but the amount of files changed was too large. This commit tries to reduce the changes.

- Add a fake constructor to Keymap, text-to-speech, setDescription (save-state)
- Redirecting functions for PopUpWidget::appendEntry, ButtonWidget::setLabel, GUIErrorMessage
- Use the above functions and constructors to reduce changes in Engines
- Fix warnings being in unicode. Only output english text in - Warnings, Errors, etc.
- Mark some strings as "translation" strings. (Not yet added to POTFILES)
- Remove some CP related things from po/modules.mk
- Previously used some Common::convertToU32 where it was not necessary, replace this with u32constructor

- Revert accidentally put translations in mt32.cpp
- Use U32::format in some places earlier missed
- Add %u and %i for u32::format
- Add support for GUIErrorMsgFormat to use u32::format internally
- Use the above whereever needed
- Improve linux tts by removing redundant code
- Some places I had changed nullptr -> "". Revert this

e22b32abfe GUI: U32: Use Common::U32String::format where necessary and GUIError to u32
- Where necessary as in, where translated messages are used.
- GUIErrorMessage now takes in U32String
- error messages across some engines use U32Strings. they are changed because they show a message dialog.

bed05ea134 GUI: U32: Fix compilation errors across entire project
After the initial changes just to scummvm/gui for u32, this commit includes the whole project

- Widget creations now always have u32 descriptions, labels, or tooltips
- Message dialogs make use of default arguments instead of providing the same argument explicitly
- encode String::format properly before passing on as argument where necessary
- Modify hugo utils (yesNoBox and notify box) to use u32
- Also provide fake constructors for the above which redirect to the u32 constructor
- Convert all keymap descriptions to u32 across all engines
- showConfirmationDialog in mohawk now uses u32
- showScummVMDialog also uses u32
- Scumm engine has dialogs now which use u32
- General fixes and wrapping convertToU32String for setLabels and related functions
- Add a fake constructor to MesssageDialog which redirects to the u32 constructor

9f175c4053 ENGINES: Cleanup of savegame filenames generation
This removes filename methods when it matched the Engine method.
Secondly, ensuring there was an overriden getSaveStateName method
for engines that didn't do the standard target.00x save filenames
