Remove daily test cron job (#890)

Daily tests have become costly in terms of Modal credits since we now
run them on H100s. At the same time, they don’t add much value because
we already run tests on every push to the main branch. The only real
benefit is catching regressions when upstream dependencies like
transformers change, but those issues will surface soon enough once new
changes are pushed to the main branch.
