Ana Maria Martinez Gomez a877612f25 [CI] Add PowerShell linter 
Add PowerShell linter similar to the one in VM-Packages:
https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/blob/main/scripts/test/lint.ps1

Fix offenses detected by the linter manually:
- Replacing the WMI cmdlet by the CIM cmdlet which perform the same
  tasks, but comply with WS-Management (WSMan) standards and with the
  Common Information Model (CIM) standard.
- Removing whitespaces.
