Julio Carlos Menendez 5303126c0d Python: Renames request settings to prompt execution settings (#4782) ...

### Motivation and Context

Following the C# implementation, renames all classes and variables of
`*RequestSettings` to `*PromptExecutionSettings`.

Fixes #4676
