Promote `somfornot` and `bigsheeper` to maintainers.

- `MAINTAINERS`: add both names.
- `OWNERS_ALIASES`: add both to the `maintainers` alias, which `OWNERS`
uses as the default `approvers` group, so the promotion actually takes
effect in review tooling.

`sparknack` was also part of the original request but is already listed
in both files, so no change was needed there.
