## Summary
`CONTRIBUTING.md` told contributors to run `go test ./internal/datanode
-run SegmentReplica/segmentFlushed`. `SegmentReplica` is not a test in
this tree — it only appeared in that markdown. The example now uses
`TestDataNode/Test_getSystemInfoMetrics`
(`internal/datanode/data_node_test.go`) and includes `-tags dynamic,test
-gcflags="all=-N -l"`, which `AGENTS.md` requires so the package
compiles (mockey).

## Summary
- add simple rules for the repository documentation directories
- archive superseded Milvus 2.0 developer, Segcore, Jaeger, and Milvus
2.5-2.6 load-pipeline material
- remove only the standalone repository-local `docs/user_guides/` copies
- preserve existing Design Doc topic folders and supporting material,
including `cdc/` and `qviews/`
- move Design Docs and build/developer assets into their owning
directories
- remove the obsolete mutable-columns prototype and update the Design
Doc so it no longer depends on the deleted evidence
- update consumers of every moved path
This PR contains no `.github`, Mergify, approval-policy, checker, or
workflow changes.
## Verification
- searched the repository for `docs/user_guides`, `user_guides/`, and
deleted guide basenames: no stale consumers remain
- verified `docs/design-docs/design_docs/cdc/` and `qviews/` remain
unchanged
- audited changed Markdown links and anchors: no deletion-introduced
broken local targets
- `git diff --check`
The scheduled Markdown-link workflow is unchanged.

## What changed
Vendor Milvus design documents into this repository under
`docs/design-docs` as regular tracked files.
- Keep only the design document content and assets under
`docs/design-docs/design_docs/` and `docs/design-docs/assets/`.
- Remove standalone repository metadata from the vendored directory,
such as `README.md`, `CONTRIBUTING.md`, `MEP-TEMPLATE.md`, `COMMITTERS`,
`MAINTAINERS`, `OWNERS`, `OWNERS_ALIASES`, and `.gitignore`.
- Document the Milvus design document process in the main
`CONTRIBUTING.md`.
- Update Mergify and `tools/mgit.py` so feature PRs must provide an
in-repo design document path under `docs/design-docs/design_docs/`.
## Why
Milvus feature work should have an associated design document. Keeping
design docs directly in this repository makes them available from a
normal Milvus checkout and lets feature implementations include or link
the related design document in the same repository.

- `python3 -m py_compile tools/mgit.py tools/test_mgit_design_doc.py`
- Parsed `.github/mergify.yml` with Python `yaml.safe_load`

This PR removes several archived project links from the CONTRIBUTING.md
table.
These links point to inactive repositories and no longer provide value
to contributors.
The update improves clarity and keeps the documentation current.
