zhuwenxing 93af23b066 test: declare py dependency for REST parallel tests (#53906 )

Explicitly pin py==1.11.0 in the REST test requirements.
pytest-xdist 2.5.0 imports py.log when starting parallel workers;
without py installed, pytest fails before executing test cases.

Validation: git diff --check passed. Parallel E2E has not been rerun.

How to run the test cases

install milvus with authentication enabled

pip install -r requirements.txt
pytest testcases --tags L0 L1 -n 6 -v --endpoint http://127.0.0.1:19530 --minio_host 127.0.0.1
