funasr_wss_server.py was upgraded to handle multiple clients with
non-blocking inference and per-stage concurrency semaphores
(--concurrent_vad/asr_online/asr_offline/punc/sv), but quick_start docs
still said only a single client is supported. Update both EN and ZH.
