Audit actual first-parent ancestry instead of trusting the release bot chronological cutoff, and block mismatched versions before tag creation. Sync the published 6.0.0 baseline without dropping newer main changes. Fixes #1063 Assisted-by: Sakuya (gensokyo-skills:sakuya-checkpointed-execution)
