main now carries #1037 (skill version 30, reworded native binary row):
- README_ja/ar/ko/zh: take main's tables and count
  trace_dylib_resolution in the artifact graph row (5 -> 6).
- Skill: move to version 31.
- Regenerate the product catalog, conformance manifest, skill digest and
  package metadata (137 tools).
