* chore(release/6.0.0): release rea-agents 5.1.0

* chore: normalize release product catalog

* chore(release): correct 6.0.0 candidate and migration notes

Keep the recorded application checkpoint unchanged. The upstream history walk
stops at the merged side-branch release commit and omits older unreleased main
commits; restore the missing notes and absolute-path migration instructions.
Set all release metadata to the agreed SemVer 6.0.0.
