openrig-dev: recover a late bypass-warning accept with rig seat continue (#32)

A Claude seat that stopped at Claude Code's bypass warning now shows as
needing attention and keeps its startup text (OpenRig 0.6.6). The README's
recovery is: accept the warning in that seat, then rig seat continue <seat>
(or c in the TUI), and the start steps arrive in the same conversation. The
rig down and --existing --fresh route stays only as the 0.6.5 fallback.
