The workshop starts from the person's goal with a Codex lead and reviewer and a Claude Code builder and QA seat, installed once as workshop in ~/rigs/workshop for every runtime configuration. Adds the factory-rsi reference bundle with its registry entry. Registry views, roster and the /rigs listing are regenerated with reproducible package digests.
