From 72086329aede50e4fa51a77cfbf577b588887b35 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mike Schwarz <171890339+mvschwarz@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Wed, 28 Oct 2026 13:31:55 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] docs: v0.7.4 install pins, current release-notes steps, and openrig-operator references routed to the help guide (#2238) The README, getting-started and quickstart now install and add skills from the current release, v0.7.4, instead of v0.7.3. docs/releases/README.md says it holds the per-release notes for v0.1.12 through v0.6.3 plus v0.6.12, points to CHANGELOG.md and GitHub Releases for later ones, and its release steps match how releases are published now. Shipped skills and the kernel culture no longer route to a skill that isn't shipped: rig-lifecycle points to rig context get help, the kernel culture's restart case points to getting-started's "Incomplete setup and restart", and the dead sibling entries are dropped. Both skill copies stay identical and their digests are updated. 12 files, +28 -56: docs, skill text and the digest file only; no code change. --- README.md | 10 ++--- docs/reference/getting-started.md | 4 +- docs/reference/quickstart.md | 2 +- docs/releases/README.md | 41 ++++--------------- .../skills/core/openrig-architect/SKILL.md | 1 - .../skills/core/openrig-upgrade/SKILL.md | 1 - .../shared/skills/core/rig-lifecycle/SKILL.md | 4 +- .../rigs/launch/kernel/culture/CULTURE.md | 3 +- scripts/skill-edge-digests.generated.json | 12 +++--- .../core/openrig-architect/SKILL.md | 1 - .../_canonical/core/openrig-upgrade/SKILL.md | 1 - skills/_canonical/core/rig-lifecycle/SKILL.md | 4 +- 12 files changed, 28 insertions(+), 56 deletions(-) diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index 3ad2b5266..fe0f732d0 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -26,9 +26,9 @@ use: ```sh # Claude Code -npx skills add https://github.com/mvschwarz/openrig/tree/v0.7.3/skills/rigs --skill rigs --agent claude-code +npx skills add https://github.com/mvschwarz/openrig/tree/v0.7.4/skills/rigs --skill rigs --agent claude-code # Codex -npx skills add https://github.com/mvschwarz/openrig/tree/v0.7.3/skills/rigs --skill rigs --agent codex +npx skills add https://github.com/mvschwarz/openrig/tree/v0.7.4/skills/rigs --skill rigs --agent codex ``` Then type `/rigs` in Claude Code, or `$rigs` in Codex, and say what you want built.
