rig project wake --decide now finishes work that was already accepted even when decisions are turned off: it applies accepted-but-unapplied effects under the classifier lease with no model call, so an accepted create or join never stays at effect_pending. Without the lease or a daemon it says so and leaves the effects waiting.
The automatic path skips items that intake already abstained on under another version, except experiment versions; this needs the updated daemon (an older daemon ignores the new parameter). rig project wake --experiment stays and records its attempts as <version>+experiment, so rig stream show labels them experiment and they never block --decide. The kernel queue worker's guidance and the reference doc now describe the --decide path and the disable boundary.
Five corrections from after-merge source checks of the operations and process references, each re-read at a350c59b. Text only.
- stream-classifier-worker: when the worker's own deadline fires first, the attempt records a retryable error or exhaustion, not an abstention.
- slack-app-setup: rig slack enable needs a readable human registry; a missing or invalid one is refused, and unregistered senders are not delivered.
- sdlc-conventions: an invalid C1 header is a medium finding (all stay advisory); slice create registers in mission.yaml only when the manifest exists; media without a covering proof artifact shows missing.
Seven operations references re-verified against main for 0.6.6. Text only.
- browser-access: the web UI works over http on the daemon port at any accepted address, including the Tailscale name; OPENRIG_ALLOWED_ORIGINS is needed only for a UI served another way, such as https through your own domain.
- slack-app-setup: invite the bot before rig slack verify, and register a human with rig gateway human add before rig slack enable, which refuses without one; verify warns on missing feature scopes.
- health-diagnosis, host-resources, inventory-request-diagnostics, stream-classifier-worker, telemetry: fields, bounds and stop conditions corrected to match the code.

rig project shadow-drain and shadow-stop accept --actor, so an operator shell outside a managed seat can name who is acting. The daemon's /shadow/drain and /shadow/stop routes read an optional body actor through the same sender check the other project routes use: a session header still wins, and a request with neither is still refused with actor_required. shadow-status is unchanged.
