The portability report passes explicit `a/` and `b/` diff prefixes to its own `git diff`, so a user's `diff.mnemonicPrefix` setting no longer changes the file names it reports. The test covers both mnemonic-prefix settings with both `core.quotePath` settings. Default-config output is unchanged.
2 files, +4 -3.
The portability report takes file names from git diff headers. With Git's default core.quotePath, a non-ASCII name came out C-quoted ("caf\303\251.md"), and a name with spaces kept Git's trailing tab, so findings pointed at paths that don't exist. The report's diff now runs with -c core.quotePath=false and strips the trailing tab, so UTF-8 names and names with spaces are reported as their real paths. Names Git still quotes (control characters, quotes, backslashes) stay quoted, now without the "+++ " prefix. A native-Git test sets the repository's quotePath both ways and checks the reported locations.
The portability report runs its command-line entry point when started through a symlink or a path containing spaces or #, comparing decoded real file paths as the packaging script already does.
* ci: add a portability report for pull requests
* ci: word the empty portability report as a scan result
