Mike Schwarz 200606a514 docs: say the new team names in shipped text (#866)
Shipped docs, skills, help and onboarding text now name the new built-in teams: starter, workshop and factory, plus the code-review, research and pm shelf. first-project is mentioned only as starter's old name, Codex-only readers are pointed to the kernel operator to adapt a team, and secrets-manager stays listed as built in. Skill mirrors and edge digests are regenerated.
