Mike Schwarz 68865bc5e7 fix(cli, daemon): handover's fork source is a seat, and the dry run checks it (#2287)
rig seat handover's help, guidance, skill and lifecycle doc now say --source fork:<seat>, which is what the command resolves; they said fork:<id>. A --dry-run now checks a fork source the same way the real run does (the session exists, has a native conversation id and runs the seat's runtime) and returns the same refusal, instead of accepting a source the real run would refuse. The real run's checks are unchanged, moved into one shared helper; the dry run writes nothing.
