Wu Shuwen 2a1e609cb1 docs(reference): clarify bundle archive determinism (#2543) ...

The bundle reference's determinism section now matches the packer: portable mode drops machine-specific owner metadata but can keep file mode bits, so identical bytes with different modes can produce different archive hashes. The package digest compares packaged content independently of file modes and manifest metadata. Reported in #2523. Contributed by @dajiaohuang.
