The capability map said a typed reply to a question parked on its own person resumes it but isn't recorded as the answer. Since #2293 it is: that person's typed reply resumes the question and is kept the same way as on an unparked ask, in the same transaction. A reply whose order against the posted question can't be confirmed resumes it with the words in context and isn't recorded. Only that sentence changes.
