A new runbook, `docs/reference/pi-tool-selection-recovery.md`, explains how to recover a Pi seat whose tool selection went wrong, and `docs/reference/agent-startup-guide.md` links to it. For an agent OpenRig drives over RPC, it sends each extension command with `rig send <agent> --raw "<command>"`, so the command arrives without the messaging envelope while the usual interactive-prompt guard still applies. It also says what loading the linked helper registers: the agent-callable `openrig_runtime_status` and `openrig_slots` tools, a snapshot of the bound rig's agents and active queue items, and an optional prompt section when a guidance file is set.
