Since #1008, a team seat's skills live in its own storage, `<OpenRig home>/state/seats/<rig id>/<logical seat>/<runtime>/`, not in the project's `.claude/skills` or `.agents/skills`. Several pages still taught the old folders, so an agent orienting from them looked in the wrong place.
Now they say where each runtime's skills go: Claude's into the seat's generated plugin (`plugin/skills/<id>`, shown as `openrig:<id>`), Codex's into `skills/<id>` beside its catalog, and the project folders only for a seat without that storage. `rig skill loadout --seat <session|self>` is named as the way to see a seat's own skills. Changed: the agent spec's skills, plugins and discovery lines, two architecture pages, the test-layers note, the shipped `forming-an-openrig-mental-model` skill (with its digest pin), and the public capability map. Stale source citations in the adapters page are refreshed, and three code comments that named a nonexistent `seat_material: seat` key now describe the seat's own skill folder.
Cost: text +47/-29 (docs +25/-14, shipped skill +13/-8, capability map +5/-3, digest +1/-1, code comments +3/-3). No behaviour change.
