Mike Schwarz 5e0db11ba9 docs(herdr): reopening adds a workspace unless you use --window; Herdr's status is its own (#2032)
Coming back to a Herdr view with `rig terminal open <view> --provider herdr` always adds a new numbered workspace; reusing an open one is the `--window` path from inside Herdr. The shipped `openrig-herdr` skill told agents to reopen with the explicit form, so people got a duplicate workspace. The skill, the getting-started guide and the capability map now say to focus the open space, or from inside Herdr run `rig terminal open <view> --window`, which reuses a matching space, and that `--provider herdr` adds a workspace each time. The `--provider` help text says the same.

A known-issue line: Herdr's own status for a seat can read idle or unknown while OpenRig shows it waiting (`needs-input`), because OpenRig doesn't feed Herdr a state. Use OpenRig's view or the Feed to find waiting seats.

Text only; the skill's mirrors and digests are updated together.
