dev-driver c99450f322 docs(release): drop the invented-request gap and correct the Slack line ...

The invented-request problem is addressed for 0.7.0, so it leaves the
known gaps. A Slack channel-mapping change needs a daemon restart; the
page no longer claims disable then enable does or doesn't reload it.
Enabling marks any alerts waiting to post as already seen
(seedBacklogAsHistory, queue-access.ts:106-109, called at
gateway.ts:292), so open exchanges miss them.
