The correct link to the NVIDIA Container Toolkit installation procedure is here:

https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/cloud-native/container-toolkit/latest/install-guide.html

The link presently contained in README.md points to an upgrade procedure which may not make sense for new users to follow:

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
