Bug Report

Description

Bug Summary:
Pipelines (filter) that were working in v0.2.5 just hang after upgrade to v0.3.4, but start working again is I revert back to v0.2.5.

Steps to Reproduce:
Run is filter in v0.3.4

Expected Behavior:
the filter should block unwanted content and pass others

Actual Behavior:
It hangs like it's going to respond but never does.

Environment

  • Open WebUI Version: v0.3.4

  • Ollama (if applicable): v0.1.42

  • Operating System: docker image on Ubuntu 22.04

  • **Browser Chrome

Reproduction Details

Confirmation:

  • I have read and followed all the instructions provided in the README.md.
  • I am on the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
  • I have included the browser console logs.
  • I have included the Docker container logs.
