Expected behavior: Skill authors should be able to delete their own published skills.

Actual behavior: Deletion functionality is not available or not working.

Impact: Users cannot remove or clean up published skills.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
