Description:Fix TDD failure. 1.AppMgrServiceInner::LoadAbility add parameter nullptr check. 2. Modify abilityMgrService->onStart and abilityMgrService->onStop. 3. OnReceiveEvent has changed to async call, add WaitUntilTaskDone. 4. change start_option_display_id_test to start_option_module_test cause exist same name. 5. StartAbilityFuzz temp disabled.
