yewei0794 b839531ad5 feat(screen_unlock): enhance extension interception with appIdentifier support ...

- Support appIdentifier-based allowlist/blocklist instead of bundleName
- Add defaultInterception and systemAppInterception config options
- Separate processing logic for system apps and third-party apps
- Add new ExtensionConfig APIs for screen unlock access control
- Refactor ScreenUnlockInterceptor for better code structure
- Update unit tests for new functionality
