zhonglufu 3a1c02eca4 fix: remove deleted interfaces from IStorageManager.idl in mock files ...

Sync mock files with IStorageManager.idl changes from storage_service PR#2985.
Remove Volume/Disk/Partition/Encrypt related interfaces that were deleted:
- NotifyMtpMounted/Unmounted, NotifyVolumeCreated/Mounted/Damaged/StateChanged
- Mount/Unmount/TryToFix/GetAllVolumes, GetAllDisks/GetDiskById
- NotifyDiskCreated/Destroyed, Partition, GetVolumeByUuid/ById
- SetVolumeDescription, Format, QueryUsbIsInUse, IsUsbFuseByType
- Encrypt/Decrypt/Unlock, GetCryptProgressById/UuidById
- BindRecoverKeyToPasswd/UpdateCryptPasswd/ResetCryptPasswd/VerifyCryptPasswd
- NotifyEncryptVolumeStateChanged
- GetPartitionTable/CreatePartition/DeletePartition/FormatPartition
