Luobniz21 b7a7e861f0 test: add TDD test cases for aa start -u and -W options ...

1. Test for -u and -W option combination
   - Aa_Command_Start_5600: Verify userId is ignored with -W option

2. Test for -s option (windowMode)
   - Aa_Command_Start_5700: Verify windowMode option branch

3. Test for -W option
   - Aa_Command_Start_5800: Verify wait option branch

Also fixes extra closing bracket in the file.
