xiangcong3 9f249e1185 ROM optimization: two-target architecture, remove libfms_test ...

- libfms_internal_static: ohos_static_library with all 144 .cpp sources
- libfms: ohos_shared_library thin wrapper, deps=libfms_internal_static
- libfms.map: global section cleared, only local: *; remains
- libfms_test target deleted from BUILD.gn
- 266 test BUILD.gns: :libfms_test -> :libfms_internal_static
- Remove 1014 overlapping source lines from 109 test BUILD.gns (ODR fix)
- Remove 93 unavailable test deps from test/BUILD.gn
- Add libfms_internal_static dep to form_bundle_distributed_mgr_test
- Remove redundant ldflags --exclude-libs=ALL and --whole-archive
- libfms ldflags simplified: [-flto=full, -Wl,--gc-sections]
- ROM: 1,485,336 B (-346,680 B, -18.9%)
