#IB2AHZ[Bug]: 弹窗通知显示不全

问题根因：1.在mms应用中对新消息中content字段进行了截取操作，只展示15个字段加上省略号代替，导致在发送通知时，通知内容展示不完全。
解决方案：1.在mms应用中取消content字段截取操作。在systemui和screenlock通知栏展示中，对通知消息进行显示行数的限制。只展示4行内容，省下用省略号代替。并修改多条消息折叠状态下消息展示的布局。
