Change the type of the returned value from "void" to "bool" for
...
JSPtHooks::SingleStep(...) function, make it return true only when it
has actually invoked the backend_'s NotifyPaused(...) function.
And let the ByteCodePcChanged(...) function pass over the
HandleBreakPoint(...) function when the HandleStep(...) function returns
true.
