fix concurrent sweep bugs

Both concurrentSweep thread and js thread will operate remember set, which leads to competition.
Use two remembersets, one for concurrentSweep, one for js thread

Fix OOM and crash problem in triggering gc

1. Trigger GC before huge space and sparse expanding.
2. Avoid triggering concurrent mark twice.
3. Add unittest to check huge objects can be allocated frequently.

Refactor redundant codes
