chenqi 7b32a7885f Modify ArrayList, TreeMap And TreeSet 
Description
  1.fix arrayList GC bug
  2.add other containers case in lazy loading
  3.change containers Iterator ACCESSORS() to ACCESSORS_PRIMITIVE_FIELD()
