jiangdayuan 97c96e5a92 Refactor KB to context_registry pattern following ace_engine ...

- Replace knowledge_base_INDEX.json with context_registry.json
- Rewrite KB docs as lightweight context navigation pages
  (定位 + 快速路由 + 常见问题 + 调试入口)
- Use kebab-case naming for KB files
- Update AGENTS.md KB lookup section to reference context_registry
