handyohos 3464e35def feat: depends on graphic_chipsetsdk for chipset compiling.

handyohos 00aa0389e0 feat: HDF related modules depends on ipc_single instead of ipc_core. 
把UHDF相关模块依赖的ipc_core修改为ipc_single，减少外部的间接依赖。
