handyohos 2af72be68f feat: organize platform and chipset repos in different files. 
1）芯片无关的仓组织在ohos/ohos.xml中。
2）开发板相关的仓按照开发板名称组织在chipsets/目录下。
3）正常按照开发板名称下载相关代码。
