1. 将 4 个沙箱配置文件集中到 etc/modern 目录（与已有 appdata-sandbox-app.json 统一管理）：
   appdata-sandbox-asan.json / appdata-sandbox-debug.json /
   appdata-sandbox-gpu.json / appdata-sandbox-isolated-new.json
2. 删除无引用的孤立测试夹具 test/etc/sandbox/param_src_path_test/
   appdata-sandbox.json 及空的 test/etc 目录。

无代码逻辑变更。合计 5 文件：+293 / -2046。
