handyohos 57a0bc9c05 Bugfix: Add idle task api for loop event 
1) Add idle task list API
2) Call all idle task functions for each loop
3) Call idle task for AutorunModuleMgrUnInstall to make sure it will succeed for plugin to uninstall itself
