yinjiaming 6f982e5c13 fix: 修复源码检视中的问题
【背景】
3.1 代码检视过程中有一些问题需要修复

【修改方案】
更改了一些拼写错误和非可执行文件的权限

【影响】
对现有的产品编译不会有影响。
