Implement alpha channel decoding for BGR HuffYUV.
Since BGR24 is decoded as BGR32, fill its alpha channel with 255 using the appropriate predictors. Originally committed as revision 21211 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
