Peter Wu c520876011 trivial: whitespace-only fixes for src and lib
Fixes alignment, lines with just whitespace and mixed tab/space
indentation. Searched, reviewed and optionally fixed in vim using
regex ^\t* [\t ]*\([^*us ]\|$\)\|\t\+$
