[Update] upgrade ncurses to 6.6
...
- replace upstream ncurses sources with version 6.6
- update VERSION file to 6.6
- update ncurses.spec to reference ncurses-6.6.tar.gz
- update README.OpenSource with new version and URL
- keep original patches for adaptation
