Define NGHTTP2_CLIENT_CONNECTION_PREFACE macro
NGHTTP2_CLIENT_CONNECTION_PREFACE has the same content with NGHTTP2_CLIENT_CONNECTION_HEADER, which is now obsoleted by NGHTTP2_CLIENT_CONNECTION_PREFACE.
