Tianshi Liu ed4d5a273d fix: cleanup and unify user_auth_framework cfi bypass list across products ...

Remove stale targets that no longer exist in user_auth_framework
(userauth_service_base/context/core/load_mode/remote_connect/services_ipc
and userauthservice_test_common, all consolidated into userauthservice),
strip trailing comments on the newly-added bypass entries, and unify the
bypass_user_auth_framework list across all products
(rk3568/dayu210/2in1_core_system/default_core_system/ipcamera_core_system/
tablet_core_system/tv/wearable) to one validated set.
